These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nimantran by Amisha website and the purchase of custom digital invitations and handcrafted candles. By placing an inquiry or order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About us

Nimantran by Amisha is a small design studio creating bespoke digital invitations and handcrafted candles for personal events. Each piece is made to order and reflects the details you provide.

Orders and quotes

All designs are quoted individually based on the scope, complexity, and quantity you request. A quote is valid for seven days unless otherwise stated. We begin work only after we confirm your order and any required deposit is received.

Design process

Once you approve the brief, we deliver a first draft within the timeline agreed in your quote. Standard orders include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final files are delivered after full payment is received.

Payments

We accept payment through the secure channels we agree upon, such as UPI or bank transfer. For custom orders, we may require a deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. Cancellations before work starts may be eligible for a refund of any deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs. If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you on a replacement or reasonable resolution.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the original design files and concepts we create. Upon full payment, you receive a personal-use license for the final delivered files for your event. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the design for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Timelines and delivery

We do our best to meet every agreed timeline. Delivery times for digital files depend on how quickly you provide feedback and approvals. Shipping times for candles depend on courier availability and your location. Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or shipping disruptions are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, in the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
